It’s that time of year, to look ahead, make projections and take one last look at the year that has just ended.
In the last few weeks, I have shared my values and views on being thankful, giving back, and a look at a few our client success stories.
Today, I’d like to look ahead to what Boxer Advisors has planned for 2014.
Short and sweet is my intention today, with the promise to showcase a more in-depth look at the upcoming events as we move forward in the new year. We will roll out a series of both in-person meetings and virtual webinars.
To ring in the new year, we will host a series of webinars; including:
- Top Leadership Challenges Facing CIO’s
- Top Organizational Development Challenges Facing the Federal Government
- Top Talent Management Challenges Facing the Intelligence Community
- Top Challenges Facing HR Professionals
- Top Organizational Development Challenges Corporations
We will also be hosting a breakfast meeting, “Top 10 Challenges Facing Senior Executives in 2014” at our office in Bethesda, Maryland. Date to be announced in future posts.
In addition to the opportunity to connect in person, I will present a synthesis of what we have learned from our survey of the most pressing organizational development challenges and facilitate a dialogue on the Top 10 issues facing C-Level Executives, which will help shape our upcoming Transformational Leadership Forum.
I encourage you to provide your input on the most pressing challenges for 2014 by checking the polls I have initiated on LinkedIn.
Look for updates monthly regarding upcoming sessions; some to be fairly broad based and some a bit more targeted, but all will be on topics that our clients have suggested are important topics for us to cover. If you miss any of the sessions, look for the synopsis on our website.
2014 will be a continuation of our commitment to listening to YOU, and to finding out what are hot topics and issues that executives face in today’s world.
Many of you are aware of our First Annual Transformational Leadership Forum (TLF), scheduled for March 21. If you are not yet familiar with it, please check it out. You will have an opportunity to share ideas and insight with other C-Level executives from both the public and private sectors. We look forward to seeing you, or someone you nominate at the TLF.
Lastly, 2014 will bring small, but impactful changes to our website and its usefulness to you. As we roll out more programs and webinars, outlines and white papers will be stored in our online resources tab, and we invite you to drop in to utilize these resources as you need.
From all of us at Boxer Advisors, we wish you a very Happy New Year!
