What Do I Need to Know about the 10th Annual Executive Book Club?

Structure

Our Executive Book Club is a close-knit group of senior executives that meets virtually each quarterly for in-depth discussions and coaching from seasoned organizational development and leadership consultants.

📖 Books for 2025:

We'll read four books, one each quarter, with potential additional readings as a small group.

🗓️ Meetings for 2025:

Six meetings throughout the year, including one optional in-person meeting
January: Organizing meeting to set ground rules, select books, and plan the year.
First book review meeting before April 30.

Time Commitment:

Participants are expected to commit approximately 16 hours over 12 months, excluding coaching time. We strive to make the experience easy, fun, engaging, and impactful.

Financial Investment

We understand securing ongoing professional development can be challenging. That’s why we offer the Executive Book Club with the following fee structure:

Membership Fee: Includes all costs for six meetings, follow-up advisory services, and discounted Solutions.
- $1,500 per year due by 1/16/25
- 34% Discount: $995 if commitment is made before 12/1/24 and paid for before 12/20/24
- 27% Discount: $1,250 if commitment is made before 12/16/24 and paid before 12/30/24

Discounted a la carte services:
- Pricing for coaching, consulting, and training outside the book club will be provided to members.
- Each member is eligible for a 10% discount on all Boxer Advisors solutions for one year from the start of the Executive Book Club.
