How the 11th Annual Executive Book Club Works

Structure

Our Executive Book Club is a close-knit group of senior executives that meets virtually each quarter for in-depth discussions and coaching from seasoned organizational development and leadership consultants.

📖 Books for 2026:

We'll read four books, one each quarter, with potential additional readings as a small group.

🗓️ Meetings for 2026:

Six virtual meetings throughout the year, including one optional in-person meeting

January: Organizing meeting to set ground rules, select books, and plan the year.
First book review meeting before April 30.
Three additional book reviews before mid-December
Book Club annual celebration virtual meeting

Time Commitment:

Participants are expected to commit approximately 16 hours over 12 months, excluding coaching time. We strive to make the experience easy, fun, engaging, and impactful.

Financial Investment

We understand securing ongoing professional development can be challenging. That’s why we offer the Executive Book Club with the following fee structure:

Membership Fee: Includes all costs for six meetings, two hours of coaching, follow-up advisory services, and discounted Solutions.
